Not every AI interaction needs a round trip to a large remote service. The browser is becoming a capable inference and orchestration environment in its own right.

I use small prototypes to test where local inference improves privacy, speed or resilience — and where cloud models still make better product sense.

03 / What it became

The experiments feed reusable patterns back into larger products: progressive capability, graceful fallback and deliberate placement of computation.
